I just think I suck. I don't have any redeeming qualities and I am generally unpleasant to be around. I could try to change or do self improvement or something but I don't think it would change much. Plus even when I do fix something about myself there's always another worse thing that needs fixing. I am very tired.

Life gets like this when you're at rock bottom, just know it's not true I'm sure of it. Sorry you're suffering though, you don't deserve this pain.
