• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I know I keep changing around my method... but now I'm thinking maybe I should try full suspension hanging. Yeah, there might be some suffering, but so what? I'll be dead at the end of it. Could one of those push up door things work? I wanted to use that as there is no where else to do it... either when I'm home alone or maybe go to a hotel and do it there. It's a lot quicker than SN but also not as violent as a gun.

You'd need a fairly high doorway to keep your feet of the ground or be relatively short and a strong rope. I think it would work if that isn't an issue. You could tie the rope off and test the stability of the pullup bar/rope by using it as a swing first.

That's a fantastic idea, thank you.

That'd almost certainly work. It's designed to hold the weight of a person. Just need to be high enough off the floor.

I think this device would work. I was even going to buy one myself. It's supposed to be able to support your weight.

Would there be a possibility of it disengaging from the door if there are convulsions?

Would the door pull ups be able to support my weight (275 lbs, 125 kg)? Plus I think I have read that the pull up and rope should be able to support more than one's weight due to the convulsions that occur while hanging. If it could support some 330 lbs/150 kg, that would be good for me. As you probably know, I hope to ctb by full suspension after my mother's death, but I would like to do some preparation beforehand.

The one I'm getting says it supports up to 250 pounds, but I'm sure there are some that support more.

When it arrives, I would be interested in hearing what you think about it.

I'm getting super frustrated with my apartment - I've looked into a similar bar, really anything that can go on a doorway, and every single one of my doorways has ridiculously small moldings (ie, that ledge at the top of the door frame, where that type of pull up bar sits) so it won't work for me. It makes me want to scream.

What makes this feel even more frustrating is that the architecture of this building is very much well-built to withstand earthquake, it's remarkable in that way, but everything inside the apartments themselves feels very cheap.

I am supposed to get it within the next few days. Will let everyone know how well it works once it arrives.

It arrived today, but I can't seem to get it to fit on the door. To be fair, my doors are more narrow than average. I might try and see if I can adjust it or I might have to get a new one.

That does not sound good. How much do the door pull ups cost?
