According to various sources, in adults death is commonly followed after the ingestion of 30mL of eucalyptus oil. Time of death varies from 15 minutes to 15 hours after ingestion (though I assume the 15 minutes one was a rare case). The toxic stuff of the oil is quickly absorbed into the blood so apparently, as long as you don't vomit right away after swallowing, throwing up later shouldn't be a problem. Assuming you don't get any medical treatment, could this work? Any thoughts?

Post-ingession symptoms: Heartburn, vomiting, dizziness, headache, ataxia, miosis, respiratory depression, convulsions. Rapid central nervous system depression may also occur.

How long does it take for adults to die? Eucalyptus oil is very easy to buy.

Oh I see 15 minutes to 15 hours? That's a big window. People would need to be somewhere like we're not be discovered for an entire day I would think

It does most def sound worse than SN you cannot compare having all these symptoms for 15 hours with SN where you are unconcious in 12 minutes

That's true, I have a lot of eucalyptus oil on hand, I know this may not resonate with everyone but something seems more right about letting nature kill me, compared to more chemicals. Chemicals are what did me in and gave me no choice but suicide. Although I guess nature doesn't concentrate eucalyptus oil into bottles. It doesn't sound like the symptoms are extremely painful, compared to days weeks months or years of continuing with what some of us have.

30 ml is slightly over 1 ounce, correct? I looked cases of this type up online, there are very few articles and the ones that exist seem to be mainly by Australian doctors/medical personnel.

A case of failure for a 73-year-old woman (and almost 200 ml ingested). I attach the article (ANPALAHAN, M., & LE COUTEUR, D. G. (1998). Deliberate self-poisoning with eucalyptus oil in an elderly woman. "Australian and New Zealand Journal of Medicine", 28(1), 58–58. doi:10.1111/j.1445-5994.1998.tb04461.x )

I'm really excited about this method. From what I understand, it's more common in children and happens in accidental small but fatal doses. More research is needed to know how to avoid comas and go straight to death. For now here's what I googled;

These etheric oils often work as nerve poisons. The main risk here is aspiration secondary to vomiting and loss of consciousness. Target organs are the central nervous system, the lungs and the gastointestinal system. (http://www.inchem.org/documents/pims/pharm/pim031.htm#SectionTitle:2.1 Main risks and target organs)

Hey, I found some stuff that are interesting.

So I tried figuring out what it is exactly that makes the oil dangerous. Apparently it contains eucalyptol also known as cineole which when ingested, causes problems.

"Eucalyptol has a toxicity (LD50) of 2.48 grams per kg (rat).[1] Ingestion in significant quantities is likely to cause headache and gastric distress, such as nausea and vomiting.[1] Because of its low viscosity, it may directly enter the lungs if swallowed, or if subsequently vomited. Once in the lungs, it is difficult to remove and can cause delirium, convulsions, severe injury or death.[1]"- Wikipedia

So from this, even though the danger comes from ingestion, it seems the bad stuff like unconsciousness and death comes from the substance entering the lungs since it's so volatile. I checked the cases of people that had eucalyptus oil poisoning, and in the report I came across a term; asphyxiation pneumonitis.

Aspiration pneumonia occurs when food or liquid is breathed into the airways or lungs, instead of being swallowed.

Which reaffirms that even when ingested and causes trouble to the digestive tracts, this chemical still finds it's says to the lungs to break more havoc. So maybe there's a way to bypass ingestion and vomiting and just inhale it into the lungs. Concentrated too, because this is a substance normally used in antiseptics and inhalants.

I saw a study where they tried inducing seizures in people that had no history of it, and they made use of eucalyptus oil by means of inhalation. Obviously they just used two to three drops with hot steaming water, I'm guessing to avoid fatality. But within 5min, people were having partial and tonic clonic seizures. Which I understand causes loss of consciousness and violent muscle contractions.

Maybe it'd lead to death if a large amount is inhaled or maybe it's easier to just ingest and die at a 50/50 chance🤷

Yeah, what are your sources? Provide links to scientific articles.
Unless this is a time tested method, it is a waste of time.

There a lot of ways you can die. What most people are looking for however are methods that are quick with a very high reliability and a minimum of distress and pain. This method does not seem to hit those qualities and I would certainly never encourage anyone to try it.

I went to a supermarket and found this. Eucalyptus oil 10ml so I bought 3 bottles. I know this isn't a 100% guarantee but maybe I could just be lucky and die quickly from it. I could buy SN but it would drain my account to zero. Which means no benzo or AE. I'm at quite the dilemma

I've got 150ml. Out of options and time. Please anyone tried high doses, share experience? I have a little time waiting to be alone. Hoping coma kicks in quickly.
