It leaves me speechless and deeply impacts me to think about how devastating the attitude that many people have to face every day is, especially those living with mental illnesses or other serious difficulties. It's not just a superficial misunderstanding, but a constant devaluation of their suffering, coming from every corner: family, friends, the media, and even institutions. Every single day, from morning till night, those who struggle with these realities feel diminished, ignored, as if their existence is less important, less valid.
And this is something terrible. Because how do you face each day feeling constantly invisible? Feeling like no one, ever, will truly understand the weight you're carrying? It's a deep loneliness, a pain that can't be described, a feeling of being swallowed by the world, with no way out. How can you keep going in a world that constantly minimizes the suffering of those who need to be heard, to be seen for who they truly are, without being judged or reduced to a problem to be solved? The question that comes to mind is: how can one live every day with this feeling of incomprehension crushing the heart, with no hope that someone will truly see you for who you are?
