• If you haven't yet, we highly encourage you to check out our Recovery Resources thread!
  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

I know it sounds dull and reproduced but doing 300 push ups a day does wonders for recovery. Even if you are unfit; 30 a hour, for 10 hours works.

Not exactly the type to be big fan of exercise; with all the sweat it has and hot weather making it ten times more worse than it is.

I do admit, exercise can the help slowly recover time to time. At some point you might even gain more energy than you used to, the durable pressure of doing such thing leads to great wonders.

Not only that it can be good for mentality as you can learn to be patient when it comes to things.. and are able to do things you couldn't before, which is a great success and achievement for yourself.

Of course it all depends on the type of exercise you do.

Myself.. has quote the fragil body.
I can't even do 10 push ups without being exhausted.. can't believe you manage to do such great work. Proud of you man.
