  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Hi everyone,

I posted a thread some time ago saying that I was planning a method involving an overdose on a combination of antidepressants, sleeping pills and hard liquor as a sort of "why not try it?" method before I move on to higher-lethality ones.

Now, in the likely event that this method fails and in the unlikely event that I am found sooner than several days afterwards and taken for a trip to ER, can they slap a medical bill on me even if I refuse to be willingly taken to ER (I have no medical insurance)?

I'm in Poland, so I don't expect you to know the regulations of the law in my country, but I'm at a loss as to how to look for that information.

What type of antidepressants ?..If you are certain they will find you only after several days, in that time you would be probably awake, after some time in sleep or if succesful with OD, they will find you dead. So in both cases no need for medical assistance, also I think for ER medical assistance you dont need insurance there if its life threatening situation
