An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
I'm feeling better lately guys. I'm hoping for a better future. I want to start hitting the gym and get shredded. I want to wake up early and meditate. I want to read a lot of books. I want to be a better me. I want to be medication-free and go live on my own. Perhaps even find a job. I just hope I can maintain this positive outlook.

I am glad your are feeling good. I wish you to succed with all your plans, they sound great. Take it one step at a day and don't get discouraged if sometimes things don't work out perfectly, it's absolutely normal to have good days and bad days but it's important to not give up :)

Dude that's awesome. Even though I'm suicidal there's a small part of me that wants to be "better". There can be so much sadness here, it's nice to hear that you're doing so good, and I'm glad you shared.

I finished a couple of mental health and spiritual books. I'm almost done reading the bible. I'm not religious but I like the idea of living up to a higher ideal. After that reading 'Beyond Order' from Jordan Peterson and 'The Mind Illuminated'. Do you read books?

Don't beat yourself up for it. Its hard to do anything when you're suicidal. When I'm suicidal, most I can do is scroll the suicide discussion in my bed. I hope you get better

I'm so excited for you, congrats on achieving this. Recovery is rarely a straight path but it really seems like you got a great plan in place to move forward. Sending you the best hope for the future!!

Follow the instructions in that book to a T if you want to keep the negative thoughts at bay.
I can guarantee you that it will be uncomfortable and difficult at first, but it pays out.
Focus on making it a habit, don't be discouraged when you fall off multiple times.
You don't necessarily need to read the whole book at once, it's ok to just read about the stages relevant to you at the moment (do not skip any of them). The important thing is that you start your practice asap.
Also, check out the subreddit with the same name, it's very helpful to immerse yourself in their community. It's a wonderful hobby if done with the correct mindset and instructions.
I also want to echo hotelbeneathground's sentiment. The probability that you will fall off at some point stands at 100%, I'm afraid. Don't beat yourself up over it when it happens, it's totally normal and expected.
