Feeling sleepy & about to pass out is the best part of the day - anyone else?

When the lights are off my eyelids are heavy is when I'm happiest because I know I won't have to think or feel for a while. It's been like this for so long, it's how I know it's time to CBT. Anyone else feel this?

Yes ! lying in my bed in pitch blackness with only a few minutes left before I fall asleep and having absolutely no worries or cares is the best feeling there is for me ! Especially after a good shower and a warm cup of tea and clean bedding.

I love falling asleep but I get upset at night about things before I fall asleep so that kind of ruins it. Once I fall asleep though I love it and if I wake back up and sleep more that's amazing

100% the part of the day I look forward to the most is smoking up and the act of being comfortable and falling asleep. Not being asleep itself or being awake, the transition between is my favourite. Not lying awake unable to sleep, but the moment of passing out. Sometimes I keep myself awake to the point of exhaustion because it feels good to be so tired that I can feel my consciousness slipping.
Hard to describe but I think I get you OP
