Well, I think I'm ready to go through with it. I found the perfect spot on my neck to apply pressure (I'm using partial suspension) and there was no pressure buildup in my head. I actually felt dizzy once I took my head out of the belt.

Now I need to wait for December. I can't go now, it's too close to my sister's birthday. As much as I dislike my family, I don't want to ruin a special day like that for them.

For me, my head was slightly tilted to the right, with the belt pressing on either sides of my Adams-apple (which isn't very big. I'm a girl), more towards the bottom of my neck. Sorry it's a bit hard to describe. I was very lucky. I could actually hear and feel my pulse and that's how I knew.

I suspect it varies from person to person, so I wouldn't count on this exact spot for you if you're planning on using this, but I wish you luck as well, whatever you choose to do!

Glad to hear you found a suitable position. For me i'm still trying to get the hang of it but I've hit the gold once, just have to get used to it. It feels so great to know death is so reachable. God bless
