Grilled chicken caesar salad (romaine, never iceberg) with sweet vidalia onion dressing instead of caesar.
Steak, medium rare, marinated in Corona beer and jalapeño juice.
Slightly crispy garlic bread sautéed (not baked you heathens) in butter and minced garlic, and sprinkled with basil and lemon pepper seasoning. Drizzle with alfredo sauce.
Serve that up with a sweet red Lambrusco wine for the steak, and a dry white for the salad and garlic bread, and some strawberry cheesecake for dessert, and I am a happy camper.
