• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I forget everything, but the really terrible stuff and the really good stuff pretty much in recent times~ Anyways, something I remember is that my dad was like~ transitioning supposedly results in a higher sewer slide rate than not doing so! And it's such an urgh for me! :/ Because one is still stuck with gender dysphoria regardless of transitioning or not and regardless of the final result, that will be a constant source of mental pain no matter what happens! >_< It doesn't matter whether one transitions or not because as long as gender dysphoria is present, the depression and sewer slidal thoughts will remain! It's just awful to me how he clearly doesn't seem to understand that there's a reason why people transition in the first place~ :/ like I'm sure that many may make mistakes with transitioning when they shouldn't, but I must imagine that most people who genuinely wish to transition are sewer slidal even beforehand just due to the gender dysphoria! >_< His statement is sooo misguided and wrong that I still remember it today! :/
Also, for whatever reason, he's stuck constantly saying that transitioning results in a higher risk of heart attack~ He somehow thinks that's going to make me not want to? Like geez~ I want to die anyways! xD
There's also the one front hole surgery which I heard that one has to do really painful stuff to keep it working 3 hours daily~ There's a lot of trans people here, so I figured I may as well ask~ Is that true?

He is stupid that transitioning increases suicide ideation, if it does it would more likely be from other people being transphobic and unsupportive of it and not the actual transition itself. My suicidalness isn't caused by gender dysphoria anymore as I am mostly comfortable in my body with hrt and is instead caused by other painful emotions. If I still had gender dysphoria I would be even more suicidal.

So based on my experience, I would say some trans people can mostly lessen or get rid of all gender dysphoria if they have a successful transition and be in a less transphobic and more supportive environment. Tho some may obviously get unlucky as they may not be able to access puberty blockers when puberty happens and have genetics cause unwanted permanent changes to their body and have a hard time looking for people that support them. I was lucky to have a natural feminine body before getting hrt despite going through most of my natural puberty and have mostly supportive family members. Its really unfair if a trans person has to go through changes to their body that they are going be discomforted by forever or have to deal with transphobia which cause them even more dysphoria :<

Medically transitioning is still worth it to lessen gender dysphoria despite the slighter higher risk of heart attack as I would rather have slightly higher risk of dying but be happier than less risk of dying but be miserable.

Bottom surgery for MtF can be painful as with any surgery but shouldn't be unbearable. If you want a have a vaginal canal, most types of this surgery require you to deal with using dilators and putting them in the canal often when recovering from the surgery as to allow it to stretch and not close but as time passes you won't have to do it as much and should be easier and have less to no pain doing it.

I think the reason chances may possibly increase (whether that is true or not I don't know) is because the comparison between one and their idealized image for themself increases because they may spend a lot of time thinking if they pass or not. I don't know. But successfully transitioning does not make someone want to ctb that's just silly. A lot of people feel amazing and better after transitioning.
I wish I could transition but I live in an environment where it is impossible. There is only one reality about this that I know for certain and it's that living with gender dysphoria is suffering, and the only way to treat it is by transitioning.
