• If you haven't yet, we highly encourage you to check out our Recovery Resources thread!
  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hi, a while I answered somes question, I think it was what would make you want to stay, or what you're looking forward to.
One of my answers was the results of my genetic testing from a research study I'm in (it's called All Of Us)
And I've got my results. Not particularly surprising in any reguard, I guess that's the kind of results you want, even if I was hoping for a little excitement.
But I am 100% European, can't taste bitter things, am tolerant of lactose and have wet earwax.
The study also tests for genetic markers of diseases, but that's later.
Anyway, I'm sharing it and if any of the other things on my list come true, I'll share them too, and let you all know if it made me want to live.
Thanks for listening to me chatter on.

You probably don't want "excitement" in DNA testing, like finding a cancer gene or something.

You know what, you are absolutely correct. The excitement I was envisioning was more like- you descended from an ancient queen.
Anyway, today ifeel the need for a TMI report on another one of the things that would make me want to stay and I can't figure out how to alter this original post.
Sex. Yay! I had sex. But it occurs to me it's kind of like a drug. Will I only want to live on days I do?
Anyway, yeah not al excitement is good. But some is.

Maybe not exciting, but certainly very interesting nonetheless.

You'll have to update us with the next set of results.

The only difference between "royal DNA" and regular one are genetic defects caused by inbreeding. Finding out that you descended from some Habsburg family memeber is not the excitement you want.
