I used to have a good life I got injured and now suffering severe depression I lost my interest in socializing. I'm afraid to ctb ; how do I get by I have a number of years left till I die from old age or natural death. I tried ketamin it didn't work. I stay home most of day and rest in bed my therapist wants me to work but Im sick and I suffering too much to work.

What is the main problem the depression? Or is it physical pain from the injury. What type of injury was it? it should heal over time, if it doesn't it might be a sign of something you need to investigate like some trauma you suffered that needs addresseing. The world is a harsh place right now especially for those trying to reintegrate, I often felt like I was penalised the more progress I made.
