Venting getting obsessed with people and don't know what do about it

random vent but god i cant handle being close to literally anyone anymore , it's driving me insane how attached and obsessed i get with the person to the point of being so dependent on them for approval, affection, validation etc. i feel like i can't live my life normally unless they're near me or something, it has gotten even worst lately i can't even imagine continuing on living due to feeling abandoned and unloved by these certain people i have grown attached to.

things been getting worst in life the past few months so been seeking comfort from these people only to feel ignored and like a competition on who got it worst. i don't even know how to live anymore
