  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Recently, while talking to meh people, I came across the fact that I have/can get funding for therapy. Can be any kind too.

I wanna do EMDR. I've wanted to try it since I heard about it in 2018. Its pricey and also comes at the risk of being triggered in ways.

I couldn't risk being triggered in general life or risk even actually being able to face my abuse head-on. Despite wanting to my environment has held me back.
Also, the financial aspect was really holding me back.

I've just wanted to do something more than just talk therapy.
Something other than DBT/ACT/CBT/Mindfulness.

Something that is tangible. Something that allows me to actually work on things. Something that I am personally excited for. (Not just what is free and available)

Gonna spend sometime this long weekend to search.
