• If you haven't yet, we highly encourage you to check out our Recovery Resources thread!
  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I'm trying to improve my mental health and stay away from thoughts and actions about suicide but it's been hard lately and dreaming of suicide is a new issue I haven't experienced before. Not sure if it means I am relapsing or not.

I had one for the first time last week, it doesn't mean you're doing a bad job, it's just like if I say "Don't think about cats!" you'll think about cats. If you're spending energy on making suicide not an option then you'll dream about it

Thanks for your response. Thoughts of self harm have been creeping up again but I'm doing my best to squash them and not act on it.
