When I read the scientific literature, it was mentioned that half of the suicides are partial. How come the people in this group are able to stand up after partial suspension.Do the people stand up unconsciously. Any inputs from the experienced persons will be greatly appreciated.

When SI kicks in, those trying partial have the opportunity to stand. Some do, some do not.
Full does not give this option. Technical issues seem to be the only route to failure.
