  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I had a drug overdose in 2015 from a fun night and died and came back. Obviously I basically had a heart attack so the way down was scary and I pictured myself in newspapers and my mom finding out and thinking I was a drug user or something (I am not).

You think about your life quite a bit before you kick it, "flashing before your eyes," but after that when you finally close your eyes it's quite peaceful and nice, just like falling asleep.

I guess I was dead (no heartbeat or anything) after a drug overdose a couple years ago. There wasn't anything remotely enlightening or spiritual about it – just darkness, essentially the same feeling as going to sleep. The doctors brought me back by shocking my heart, and a couple days later I was conscious again.

Well. I wasn't suicidal at all until very recently this summer so it wasn't nice at all and I basically died from a heart attack so it was actually awful and terrifying. I'm not too religious but I grew up roman catholic and still go to church and even pray occasionally. There is obviously no such thing as an afterlife so it wouldn't change anything.

I've had a few drug induced OBEs but I've never flatlined and experienced a NDE. Here's a good resource if you're interested, it's the largest collection online of such cases/stories.

I assisted in the resuscitation of many, many people in my acute cardiac nursing days and not one of them ever remembered anything or had any out of body experiences. Very disappointing.

Then why bother if god doesn't exist?!
