I am not sure whether it is allowed to ask this question.

I listened to a newspaper story about a forum that created deepfake porn. And they identified the members with data leaks. From what I have understood they got their e-mails with which they registered and this was enough to doxx them.

Gladly, I never used an e-mail with my clear name to register but I changed the e-mail for a more secure one. Not sure how smart it is to admit that here.
