Method Helium

I'm not sure if helium would work as a method but it's easy to get and to hide what I'd use it for. My plan is to buy a bunch of party decorations, balloons, and the helium tank. I feel like no one would be suspicious about it but I just want to know that if I use helium would it work to CTB?

I don't know where you are from but in many countries helium for balloons isn't pure anymore. The way to get pure helium is from a welding shop
