I have over 100 pills of 150mg-300mg of trileptal ots an antiseziure drug ive been saving them up but now im not sure if they will actually help me ctb or just leave me as an even larger burden on my family can anyobe find this info I google searched it but nothing came up.

I think you will end up making yourself sick with this requiring a spell in hospital and possibly psychiatric treatment. Most prescription medication these days is manufactured to be relatively "safe" (safe being you can having vomiting and seizures and unpleasant effects) taken in overdose due to this very reason.
