The primary method I've always been drawn to ever since I realized I could do so, though I've experimented with others, is ODing from heroin. I'm already pretty experienced with using it; though I shouldn't have much of a tolerance since I don't use it all that often. I have pretty easy access to what seems like quality H to me, though it's definitely not fent, and I'm thinking of combining a couple things that create respiratory depression when I do make my next attempt. Here's the thought process:
-500mg heroin minimum, maybe some more (probably start with snorting it in a large dose and then taking another large dose rectally before doing the final one IV; I'm hoping to feel the peaceful and nice effects build for at least a little bit until it fully knocks me out and I think if I just went full IV I'd pass out almost immediately without getting that last moment of feeling good)
-mild drinking, Im not a huge alcohol user and I hate hard drinking for the taste but I don't think this method would even require serious intoxication, I've experienced pretty intense shortness of breath just from a couple drinks and very light dosing of heroin before, so they seem to intensify each other well
-at least 3 or 4 7oh pills, maybe 100 or 200mg, I know it's pretty hard to OD on 7oh alone but I'm sure in combination with the others plus it being an opioid itself, using it in tandem would hopefully reduce the chance I do wake up even more
-maybe some light benzo use as well, xanax klonopin or gabapentin, though I don't have access to these without stealing them so they'd only be involved in the right circumstances
id do it somewhere very secluded, likely in the woods or at least somewhere inaccessible without on foot walking for a bit. even if I was found, I doubt paramedics could make it to me on time and the only chance of survival would be an unlucky passerby happening to carry narcan
