How can one ctb with SN in these conditions? (Living with a controlling parent)

So, my method of choice SN for many reasons, most obvious ones being accessibility and closest to "peaceful" as possible. The problem for me is actually executing it out as I live with my parents, cannot move out, and my dad in particular is extremely abusive and controlling. The closest I can think in terms of where to go to take the SN and not get caught would be at night going to the roof of the apartment building. Of course, it's still rather risky as my father is a light sleeper for one, and two, although my neighbors and landlord don't usually go up there often there's always the possibility they might.

I don't expect too much from anyone's responses of course as only I know my situation best, but I'd still like to ask if anyone has any ideas for where I could possibly go to do the SN method without being caught whilst living with a controlling parent who watches nearly every move I make, having no source of income, and living in a city (nyc).

Unless, you're an adult and can move out or go to a friend's place and then to a hotel or something like that, I don't think there's any way to not have a high risk of getting caught. You either need to change your method to something like jumping (where no one can stop you or find you in time) or get a job and legally move out/go somewhere else as soon as possible so you can have enough privacy. If you risk taking SN while still in the house with your father, the best you can do is follow all the protocols, take the proper anti emetic, plan for when he's sleeping or not in the house, and barricade your door. Don't let emergency personnel know or discover what it is you took or you will be treated with the correct treatment quickly. All this being said, if you're not a legal adult, I also don't recommend CTB for many reasons. Best of luck in whatever you choose. Make sure you always do the proper research, and I hope you'll find peace and happiness no matter which direction life takes you or you take.

Yeah, I was afraid of this response. I have to do SN as a method though because jumping is just something I can't personally overcome, it's too horrifying of a method for me. And yes, I am a legal adult, but due to various mental and physical illnesses that are disabling, I'm reliant on my parents. I'll just have to hope for the best with SN then.

And yes, I am a legal adult, but due to various mental and physical illnesses that are disabling, I'm reliant on my parents. I'll just have to hope for the best with SN then.

Aw, I'm so sorry you're caught in that situationI have some savings so I can travel around at least a little, but I basically am stuck relying on my abusive parents too in their house so I know how trapped you must feel. Jumping is also too horrifying of a method for me personally despite it'd lethality, so I know exactly where you're coming from! Life would be so much easier if we could all just teleport away somewhere remote and CTB on our own time in peace with no one to interrupt us. My biggest fear is being discovered and 'saved' which is the only reason I'm still here at this second. One day, I'll also have to take that risk though if I want to find peace on my own terms. also troubled by this. An adult obviously, but also a NEET/hikikomori; parent is controlling, no way to even get SN delivered without suspicion. Live in the middle of nowhere, can't drive, no PO boxes around obviously.
