To measure SN accurately and safely, you must use a digital weighing scale, not a measuring spoon. SN is a solid powder, and its density can vary, meaning volume based tools like teaspoons or tablespoons can lead to incorrect and potentially dangerous dosing.
Use a digital scale with 0.01g precision, often marketed as a "jewellery scale" or "milligram scale." You should:

• Place a small container (like a plastic cup or weighing dish) on the scale.
• Tare or zero the scale so it doesn't count the weight of the container.
• Carefully add SN until it reaches your desired weight (typically 25 grams for most protocols).

Measuring spoons are unreliable for this purpose and can result in underdosing (leading to failure and suffering) or overdosing (increasing the risk of vomiting and complications). Always go by weight not volume. And don't use metal spoons!!!
