  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

I know there isn't just a cure but what are some things that just in general helped you reduce the prevelance of wanting to ctb and I'd like to maybe try some of those too see if the they help me truly start recovery.

repetitive work on changing my thoughts.

- reminding myself of the truth/talking myself through logically: "i screwed up, my bf hates me" no, you know he loves you. thats not true. im sure theres a good reason for everything and you'll talk about it as soon as he has the chance"

- just dead stopping the thoughts like hitting a wall: (get upset and want to SH) no you don't actually want to do that because.....

-
constant self-work: only compare yourself to you. even the small things count. keep a gratitude journal

Daily meditation saved my life for sure.
It just help you be mindful of thoughts and gain a certain detachment from them.

With meditation you find an unshakable peace within yourself that underlies all the emotional turmoil and chaos of the mind.

That said, there are no "true cures" that aren't going to sting you or your old lifestyle, since that's where the real change lies, in changing our way of life and personality.

Other things that worked magic:

- working out regularly
- reading self-help books
- taking walks
- eating healthy
- finding your passion and following a life purpose
- doing psychedelics responsibly

Hope these help 🤍🙏🌈🌈
