  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

research and a lot of self awareness. oh and you have to be honest with yourself.

everyone is different, typically a good place to start is figuring out your triggers (example i avoid certain houses around town) and your symptoms (your reaction to the trigger) then finding ways to work through it, different types of therapies.

i typically will be having a problem "ok what caused this and how can i stop it". sure its being a couch therapist, i also cant help but notice that lots of people complain about therapists and im improving lol
no one knows you better than you.

I have complex PTSD - initially diagnosed with PTSD during my teenage years, but probably had it since before the age of 5. I did manage to keep it under control all my life (apart from couple of suicide attempts when I was 14 years old). However since the beginning of covid, everything has come to really haunt me more than usual and find it difficult to manage it myself.
