  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

how to stop thinking like this. At best ill be in a good mindspace for a few months, essentially being too busy to think about the bad things, until i inevitably revert back to wanting to just die. its the same cycle for years. i dont know what method i want to do but christmas break seems like a feasible time in my schedule. i used to cut myself to try and wade off those feelings but i dont have access to that anymore now that im in college and i threw everything away from home (partially to get clean partially so that my parents couldnt find it). i just feel so stuck and every day is a blur into the next. i just want out. im so exhausted

You're in a really tough place right now, and breaking out of that cycle can feel exhausting and hopeless at times. But just being here, acknowledging your feelings, and sharing them is a step forward. That's an important and courageous thing.
Breaking free from these thoughts isn't easy, but the first step might be not letting your emotions and thoughts take control. You mentioned wanting to do things but struggling to get started, which can be a sign of feeling stuck. To cope with that, starting with something small might help, like going outside for a bit or trying something new. Even a small action can help ease the tension a little.
Even when you're feeling okay, there are still difficult moments. So instead of putting pressure on yourself with "I have to do this," try thinking "maybe I'll just try for a bit." It's important to remember that you don't need to prove anything to anyone or force yourself into a perfect version of what you should be. These feelings are temporary, and even tiny steps can make a difference.
You might want to consider talking to a professional or someone you trust about what you're going through. Sometimes, just having someone to talk to about these thoughts can bring some relief.
Remember, things may not always feel "better," but there are people out there who can help. There's always an option, even when it feels hard. Taking that first step can make all the difference.

Try going through support groups or a healing journey if your thoughts are due to a traumatic past. It might not fix your problem your thoughts but being with a professional might make you be able to live with them.

Another thing is putting those thoughts into something artistic since depressed people make some of the best creations ever.

If those 2 ideas are not interesting just try journaling as a way of venting. Just write everything you have in mind for pages on end if it is just screaming on a random google doc you will delete after you are done. Wish you a safe recovery.

What if you keep a life diary? I achieved that through months of writing every day in a "diary", it was strange, at night before going to sleep I couldn't think, it was as if all my thoughts were on paper
regards, be well

I try to think of what to do to ground me to keep on going, but I end up with no answer most of the time or think that nothing can ever be known. I sometimes enjoy writing about it though, coming up with phrases I think are cool, I don't know how I got here either I don't know what I'm doing but no one does, every single person on Earth has no idea what they are doing lol. sjywtegnjddgfvbnfjhfgfvkanss As for stopping the thoughts, I've found that Sertraline has helped a lot with obsessive intrusive thoughts/high anxiety. I take 200mg. That is a practical possible solution I have.
