• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

How has your mental anguish affect your physical health?

At work, they brought in a massage therapist that was covered under our work insurance. It was my first massage and she commented that I must be very stressed because my back felt was so tense that I felt like she was massaging a wall.

Well, that explains why I have neck and back pain at the young age of 33.

Also have daily migraines and occasional stomach issues which can be triggered by stress and anixety

Much the same as yours has affected you -- daily migraines, tense upper back and shoulders and neck. Sometimes if the stress is really had I will lose my eyesight temporarily. Not a lot if fun.

Are the massages helping you with your issues??

I feel like I have to be moving all the time, like it's the only way I won't get so stressed I start bawling all over the place. I'm starting to have difficulties playing video games and watching TV because of it. Sometimes I can ease it just by moving my leg, but it's been getting worse lately.

My immune system is messed up and attacks itself, resulting in my hair falling out. I think it's just my body's reaction to what's going on in my mind and my desire to ctb .

I felt better after the message. During it I felt a bit rough because of how tense my muscles were. My insurance covers massages for up to$500 a year so I will look into taking advantage of that.

Very similar to you actually! I have bad stomach issues, always in pain esp when I'm upset/stressed and i cam end up vommiting a lot.. I can get really bad migraines that make me cry which are the second worst.
The absolute worst way it's effected my body is nerve damage that I was recently told is permanent (it was mangable before but was in a bad car accident this year that finalized it all I suppose) I went in for physical therapy a couple months ago and also had a massage and the lady told my my whole left side is full of knotts as well as my back and neck. That really sucked to hear.

I'm extremely exhausted for weeks on end; like the feeling of being exhausted with covid or the flu 24/7. Some days I have about 2-3 hours of energy which is when I take time to take a shower, shave, etc. Otherwise, I am nearly immobile. It's not sleepiness.
