You didn't get fentanyl then or you just got a high tolerance...as little as 1mg kills.

Whenever I get my hands on enough heroin to OD I always enjoy it too much to wanna OD. Also have fear of how it'll feel to die cos choking on vomit is pretty much guaranteed considering the smallest amount makes me vomit if I haven't used in a while. We get the best most pure heroin here in Australia and it's super easy to source on the DW. Pretty expensive addiction to fund and addiction sucks once it has you in its grip you become a slave to it.

It's hard to describe, you will feel this internal warmth and blanket of love, every bad memory, or bad thought will go away, you will be in this "numb" but beautiful state,

I warn you though: it will hijack you and make you addicted, it's almost 100% sure if you have some kind of depression or personality disorder. and after you are hooked there is no coming back, you will have to use, or suffer from unbearable withdrawals

100% if you know what youre doing, but yes if you have never done opiates there will be vomiting possible if it lingers.

500mg of what, heroin? You're dead 99% if it's pure H and u inject it IV (to be sure, mix it with benzos or some other CNS depressant, if you have contacts to get H, benzos should be easy). I am taking 500mg - 2000mg morphine daily but i have a huge tolerance. I started with 50-100mg morphine/oxycodone daily, and heroin is around 1,5-2x stronger than Morph/Oxy.

Even if you smoke it, it's alot and i think u would have ~50% death chance.

However if you never experienced opioid high, just take 20-40mg first time. You will have your chances to ctb

what not via injection? I advised IV to OP, I also been using IV for few months, before my only accessible veins collapsed. I cannot use IV anymore, and IM is not an option, considering how much I'm taking

yes there is a big chance it will, at least for few months, up to a year or two.
It literally lifts the depression much more efficiently than any antidepressant. The pleasure units from opioids [some scientists measured it] are 10x as high as from highest natural pleasures like sex or great food.

However, it's not a wonder drug. The depression will come back, crashing, when opioids aren't working anymore and you are addicted to them.
But if someone had 6 months to live after a cancer diagnosis or something, getting high on opioids is a great way to spend your last days imo...
