• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I'm planning on going out by partial suspension and I'm unsure about how high to place the noose. Should I place the rope on the doorknob on the other side of the door and hang from the top? And do I just hang there? Also what type of rope is best for this? I currently have a 5/16 inch nylon rope with a 192 pound working limit. Should it be stronger?

The height depends on whether you're wanting to go via partial or full. If partial then the noose should be low enough that you can drop into a seated position with your legs touching the ground, out in front of you, and your bottom not touching the ground. Keep the noose high up under your chin, make sure it's taught before you surrender all your weight on it.

The rope being suitable all depends on how much you weigh. Just remember that when you go unconscious your body with struggle a bit so it would need to be strong enough to withhold that extra weight.

If you decide on full suspension then the same info on noose position around the neck is still valid but make sure that when you kick the stool or whatever away, your feet aren't touching the ground.

How much struggling should I expect? And how loud, I really don't want to be interrupted.

I don't understand this either, I've even seen various clips in news footage where people were seemingly just standing. There was a whole family in India who just looked like they were standing in a group.

Those clips showed fully suspended people. The information I gave were based on my practices and what I've found to be effective. It would probably work standing up but when I tried that it hurt like hell. I found the partially seated position to be the most effective.

The struggling varies from person to person. I'd certainly never attempt with anyone else in the house. If you're up against a door there will probably be a fair bit of loudish thumping against it.

at any high who the rope or belt can make enough pressure on neck to achieve unconsciousness and then death. At my only partial hanging experience the belt was around 1 meter high and despite I bend the knees I don't feel any lethal pressure, only feel the belt like an uncomfortable scarf. So, that depends of what kind of ligature you'll use and if you prefer full suspension or partial suspension.
