If you don't mind, would you share your situation with us just to see if it's fixable. The thing is, when you're depressed, you aren't thinking right, you have a strong negativity bias and you can't make out facts from fiction.
I'm not depressed, I've Bipolar Disorder Type One, BPD & BDD. So I will never be rid of my mental health issues. And believe me, I've tried everything.
I miss my mania too!!!
