How much do you sleep ?

Its not even a real game rn but i wanna ask, how much fo you sleep ? Its like a smalal statistic for me.
Me in generel, i sleep like 9-13 hours a day.

i try to go to bed by 12 with some asmr to help me sleep, and generally wake up either 8:30 for uni or 1:00pm if i'm being lazy. i'm not super good at not staying up til 2am, but generally 6-13 hours of sleep, lol.
my sleep schedule used to be shit, but weirdly enough asmr helped me a lot! ....plus a few "sleep hypnosis" videos, but they're basically just asmr lmao.

recently i sleep from about 11pm at night until maybe 3-4 in the afternoon the next day. it helps relive some of the emotions but also the small hours that i am awake are usually more anxiety crammed
