For those who are familiar with the lowered price.
I'm asking because i only have one shot to make a wiretransfer (i'd be in France, and it's harder to make an international fund transfer from Western Union in Morocco), so i want to send the money for the initial transfer + additional money for the second in case the first order was seized, i know i may be throwing some money in the window, but i have no choice, my visa will expire after some time, i'll stay only 10 days in France and i can't make a second payment afterwards if the first shipment fai.
