How to ctb in your sleep, inert gas with benzos, for those with minimal technical skills

For those who worry about the feeling of breathing in inert gas there's a way to completely not go through that step.

All you need extra a 3 way solenoid valve (pic below) and set it up to a timer device.

Benzos - 20mg

Set the timer for 40 minutes, go to sleep, gas swaps from open vale/open innert gas container and boom. Ideally you would want a scuba mask instead of a bag. Like I said it's slightly more technical but if you do everything correct you will ctb in your sleep

Don't want to spoil your "fun" or undermine your creativity but "3 way solenoid valve" and "those with minimal technical skills" do not mix well.
Besides, inert gas makes you "go to sleep" within seconds so no need for extra steps.
