How to dissappear

I ask this because I want to ctb. I just think going missing or disappearing is better for family and friends. Am I wrong?

then they will be worried until you are fund then when they know you ctb there the same grief as if you just ctb way out "disappearing"

so i think it just overall adds more mental stress to you CTB
