so ive researched enough, found partial hanging to be the most accesible method, practiced a few times and found it to work, but for some reason i cant finally follow through as when im almost passing out i find myself getting really scared and sitting up straight. I know its my survival instinct, but every day is so bad that i know i need to go. Is there anyway to maybe paralyze my lower body to avoid it sitting up, or be in a much calmer state of mind (without alcohol) or anything that would make it easier?
