• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

hey so I'm in the USA (NJ specifically) and the gun laws are very strict.

I also have bipolar 1 and was committed to a psych ward so that makes it next to impossible to get a gun.

I just want my life to end peacefully by gunshot.

Is there any way to go about this?

The only thing with that is I don't want another person to end their life. I would much prefer to get my hands on a gun and go individually. Money is not an issue.

Are you able to move to a different state by any chance, particularly one that has lax gun laws? Also, if possible, is there a way to expunge or get rid of the involuntary commitment that is in your medical record? While I think there is a very low likelihood that involuntary commitments are reported to the NICS database, it is still generally better to be safe than sorry. I don't really recommend lying on an 4473 (the ATF form needed for every gun purchase, especially from an FFL dealer), as that would just end up in more legal troubles than you can handle and also not getting the gun at all.

Alternatively, if possible, moving to a state that not only has lax gun laws, but also exploit thee gun show loophole (which is buying a gun without going through a background check).

Unfortunately I'm young and still live with my parents. I don't have the means to move to another state for the next couple of years. Thanks for the reply!!

Private gun sales currently aren't subject to the background checks, so that could be one way to get around it.

Some states require background checks for private gun sales, others do not. Check your state laws. You could also get a .50 caliber muzzleloader. It is surprisingly easy to use. My state required background checks on even private sales. But I was able to get a muzzeloader with no background check what-so-ever. They just needed to make sure I was over 18. And if you look up Kurt Cobain with a long gun in his mouth, you can point it in your mouth like that. I tested it out with the gun unloaded and it was quite easy to do so. Also, if you want to get a black powder handgun, you might have to be over 21.

Edit: Also wanted to add the .50 caliber muzzleloaders are powerful. If you aim it towards your brain stem, you won't survive.

Good call, in my state there's no check. Luckily, I'm out of the system so I was able to pass the check in a regular store.
