Did my research on the SN method and from what i could gather, these are the things i need:-

1)SN(How to obtain this in India?)
2)Antimetic(How to obtain this in India?)
3)Antacid(easily available)
4)Painkiller(Easily available)
5)Sedative/benzos(How to obtain this in India?)
6)beta blocker/propanolol(How to obtain this in India?)

Pls someone answer the above questions and also how long would it take to obtain each of the above items
