My psychiatrist is a dick and wont perscribe me benzos but sometimes my panic attacks are so bad i need something to calm me down. does anyone know where i can find them other places? I live in the us

I'm pretty sure you can get some research chemical ones from China or India, but be careful with them. I would try the easiest way first - changing doctors.
