Learned that when you hang, if your carotid arteries are fully compressed, unconsciousness is fast and pain is minimal. This is the goal. What can I do to insure this will happen/that I do it right?

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace.
