  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I try to avoid 'easy access'- I refuse to own a gun, I keep certain items locked up or difficult to reach so it makes me think. upcoming problem: I am moving to the top floor an approx 20 floor apartment building soon with full rooftop access and a low railing. with something like that five stairs and two doors away, does anyone have any tips for how to avoid going on that roof at all when upset? I know I would convince myself- perhaps not even dishonestly!- that something like the view of the night sky or city would calm me down. how can I avoid it?

If it's possible, seeking someone else out. Not necessarily to talk about how you're feeling or to let them know but to keep you safe until the worst has past. It still takes discipline though.

maybe keep a journal notebook to scrawl in when you get really upset and keep it near your door with a pencil to write in until the feeling becomes more bearable
