An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
What do you guys do to prepare yourself to go out with others and be 'normal' and pretend to be happy. I feel like even after weeks of sleeping I have nothing on reserve to build a mask. I don't want people to know that I'm sad especially if I die soon I don't want people blaming depression. Any advice?

I'd guess that if you are willing to go out with them, and you don't want to make them feel uncomfortable, it's people you care about, right? Then maybe there's no mask needed. I'm not saying you have to tell them about your emotions and so on, if you don't want to... try to enjoy their company as much as you can, and perhaps without noticing you will end up smiling.

Now I understand the mask part. Yeah, it's necessary in that case. You don't need to be happy like them or pretend to be like them. Just being polite and doing your job the best you can would be enough. But I get what you mean. It could be annoying being in an environment where you don't belong.

Take things slow, breathe to do what you can to mentally and physically prepare yourself. It takes so much energy to pretend everything is okay when it is not especially around others that silence you, especially when you return feeling more exhausted only to need even more rest for yourself. Cycle of exhaustive pain.
