Help How to prevent flailing around and making noises during full suspension hanging?

Hi,

I managed to find a good place to put up a pull-up bar, the problem is there's a wooden door directly behind and would touch my back if I was to make an attempt there.

The stupid door makes very loud noises being hit, it will 100% alert people if I flail around and end up hitting it during hanging.

No it can't be removed. In fact, it's the only thing that cover me from being seen.

Any suggestions?

You can put on music or the TV to camouflage any type of sound. Even leaving the washing machine running. And pretend it's just an ordinary day. Common sounds in a house..

I'll probably gonna go with washing machine and wrapping myself with blanket, somehow.

I have enough money for a 1 way trip to somewhere far away, but then I'll still have to find a new suitable location to rent which is tough with how houses are designed in this country, and the process of renting one is... tiring.

Not to mention, the pull-up bar stands out quite a bit, too big to hide in backpack, too in your face not to arouse suspicion considering I don't exactly look like the type who would own one.
