• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

When I was a teenager I used to listen to The Fray and the song how to save life always fascinated me. I used to think it was about with arguing with a friend and then later that friend dying. I later learnt the song is about losing a loved one to suicide. The lead singer Issac Slade wrote the song based on an experience of feeling guilty about not being able to save someone he cared about to suicide .

I always check up on the people around me ie regularly messaging university classmates and checking on how they are doing, asking my sister if she is having issues at school or if she needs help with anything. I am similar with other people around me.

Mentally I am declining rapidly and I am the one who needs saving. The song is a reminder of how I am ulimately going to die in the end because I couldn't be saved from myself.
