• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

  • Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

Sadly it hasn't been rolled out to everyone. I got excited for a second but when I checked my account, it didn't have it :(

Time to look for an alternative

I use Boomerang, but I thought it could be useful to know since it's a recurring question here.
They'll probably implement it for everybody or either kill it.
Anyway I'd suggest always to make more than one test before trust any service that obviouslyyou would not be able to control or check after an attempt.

They won't kill it as it's supposed to be carried over from the Inbox program I think. It's just that Google has a bad way of rolling out new features. First they don't announce it properly and then if they do, it's randomly rolled out with no indication when you will get it. You can be the first person in the world to get it on day 1 or it can take even a week or more for you to get a new feature.

I'm gonna give Boomerang a shot and see how that fits in.

Do Boomerang and Gmail have similar terms like Timecave, according to which they may read your scheduled mails and contact the authorities to prevent violence?
