Use F. Such a small amount needed. It's literally harder to NOT OD on the stuff.

The cooker can be a spoon, filter can be cotton ball, citric acid optional. If you want to make sure you go you could buy fentanyl test kits to make sure it has fentanyl which is usually what causes deaths. Or if the option is available, buy pure fentanyl instead. You don't even need the needle if you can get it.
