how to train for sn on the day ?

hello, I've read a lot about sn ...

but do some people not manage to swallow because it's too bad or because once swallowed the stomach rejects it almost immediately after 1 or 2 minutes?

can we train ourselves to mix water with a small pinch of salt to prepare ourselves? I know it won't have anything to do with it at all... but it has a salty taste a bit similar? and what salt is found in the supermarket?

I read it is recommended mouthwash before or after...

and if we also vomit the begining of 2nd glass?

Anyone tried drinking 25g regular salt + 50ml water?

It just sounds like an insane amount of regular salt let alone when it comes to the actual 'suicide salt'!

Ingesting table salt might cause mild symptoms, a user suggested just having it in your mouth for a bit and spitting it out.

I have never heard of problems swallowing. Many reports of vomiting though

many accounts report only being able to knock back 1 cup, even with puking, they ctb. I imagine this is why the protocol is 25g.

that plus fasting, even if you puke, is usually enough. I can't speak for all cases of course. there are always exceptions.

My take is that you throw up because it's poisonous, the same way you'd throw up if you took too many pills even though they tasted like nothing. Although some people have a hard time swallowing it because it tastes bad, but I don't think that's the reason it goes back up.

Even if you vomit after the first glass you'd have taken enough to catch the bus, though the PPH advises to prepare a 3rd glass which is very unlikely you'll need.

From what i read in some testimony and it's not on the procedures, some people use gum to relief the salty taste and seens to work also to not vomit.

Gonna buy some tomorrow.

I took this (small spoon) I mixed it in tap water...I drank and spat it out immediately...almost no taste of salt...at the same time very small quantity
