I got used to the voices and images a long time ago. But now I always have the feeling when I sit in the chair that my body shrinks and I become incredibly small. What the hell is that.

For me meditation with periodically touching my body and surroundings helps me ground myself etc. Idk if it'll be helpful but good luck 
Hearing voices and seeing images is usually related to psychosis. Often to bipolar or schizophrenia disorders. Though I am only a layman. Do you take antipsychotic medication? I had psychosis and they helped a lot. Have you ever talked to a psychiatrist maybe an appointment would be good for you.
