Someone just told me to stop whining about my mental health as other people have it worse and i think i felt anger, my heart is pounding so fast, i am so grateful for that person. They helped me realise that i'm not totally detached from reality and i can still be fixed, anger is the best feeling ever.

Edit: I think i'm actually having a panic attack instead of anger, i feel no need to be aggressive with people nor do i hold a grudge, but my heart is pounding and i feel lightheaded, i am still thankful for that person as i have felt something today though.
