  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

everything im doing to cope is making everything worse. the only thing able to distract my mind at all right now is making my mental state worse in the long run, and im afraid that whatever i do if i dont start self harming again will be worse.
at this my 'harm reduction' self harm methods probably wouldnt help, i desperately want a distraction, and non harm reduction methods hurt longer. I dont want to relapse but nothing else will distract me .

Weights, running, and all those things usually help me. If you think about it, when you push yourself to muscle failure, it's a form of self-injury, but ironically, it's a good one because it makes you stronger. I highly recommend you try it if your situation allows for it. Maybe even a pair of dumbbells would work, but I recommend running more—that really lifts your mood.

Basically the same for me right now. I was about to make a thread and saw yours suggested.

I can't do anything except listen to the same few songs and refresh a few webpages. I do that, pace around, get in and out of bed. That's it.
